Return and exchange policy:
Exchange within 7 days and return within 3 days according to the following conditions:
The item must be in the same condition when purchased.
- That the consumer has not used it in any way.
Returned products are not accepted if they have lost the price tags, names, original packaging (repacked), free products, and product accessories.
Goods and merchandise shall be returned in cases in which a defect or defect is discovered, even if it is possible to repair it.
- In the event that the commodity or the goods cannot be replaced, it must be returned, and the store must refund its price according to the value stated in the sales invoice.
- If the commodity is found to be fraudulent or counterfeit, the consumer has the right to recover its value from the seller in cash.
- The consumer does not bear any material cost in exchange for replacement or refund, which does not cause any of the reasons.
- It is not permissible to obligate the consumer to accept the substitution of refunding the price of the commodity when the obligation to return it with deferred purchase coupons is realized.
- The consumer has the right to return the commodity or merchandise or recover its value if it turns out that it is different from what was agreed upon.
- The supplier is obligated to return the commodity with a refund, exchange or repair for free in the event that a defect is discovered in it.
The provisions of this text do not apply to consumer goods that are perishable quickly, goods that are manufactured according to specifications set by the consumer, books, newspapers and magazines.
The consumer is not entitled to return or exchange in the following cases:
If the consumer was aware of the defect or defect in the commodity during its purchase and accepted it in its condition and this was proven in the purchase invoice.
